    We hire a car from them at least once a month. Never had an issue, the cars have all been in good condition and the value is worthwhile.

    The car we hired was cheap and old - fine thats what we expected. However the front door handle broke off in our hand when we were simply trying to lock it. No central locking so all doors had to be locked seperatley every time you got in and got out. But the REAL rip-off was that we filled up the tank around the corner of the airport and the fuel guage was indicated FULL when we dropped it off. They claim the car had not been re-fuelled and charged an EXTRA $20 to my credit card. When I queried it they were jsut rude and suggested i hadnt re-fuelled correctly.My advice, spend $40 more and get a new car from a reputable delaer. The QLD tourist industry has taken a knock with floods/cyclones so these guys are just making money where they can.
