    Maybe everyone has one of those days but it was definitely the case the case for 1300 smiles at northtown, Townsville last Friday.

    I had a simple scale and clean booked but i was left in the waiting room for 1 hour before getting this simple procedure done.

    After half an hour waiting they say,"sorry about the wait, it will be 5 or 10 minutes", about 10 minutes later, "sorry its taking so long it will be 5 or 10 minutes".

    The worst part is that I watched 3 or 4 patients that arrived AFTER me, go in to see dentists BEFORE me. Where is the organization and scheduling here? Useless. I could have easily gone in and got my 15 minute clean done and gone when the next space was available, but obviously it was too hard for them to organize.

    I can completely understand that things arise that set the schedule back but seeing that many people go in before me that arrived after, shows how much they really didn't care about me in the slightest.

    To top that off they left a small area of gums between my teeth. I haven't had that happen before. The whole procedure was more uncomfortable than ever before as well.

    Ive been to the deeragun SMILES and it was OK, but Northtown? Never again.
