I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother's Day from 1300 FLOWERS. I did not use them before so I didn't have any confidence in the company and had read some not so good reviews so I decided to call instead of ordering online.
The lady who took my order was great - the best customer experience I can remember in many years. She was patient with me when I couldn't remember my mum's unit number and was very helpful with the selection of the flowers. I got a double movie pass also (which I havn't used yet).
The flowers arrived early and mum was so grateful. She said they looked and smelt good.
I'll be trying 1300 FLOWERS again in the future. -
Kicking myself for not searching on reviews on this delivery service. Did not deliver on Mother's Day, called me at the last minute to tell me they could only deliver to the local shop which is mind you only 5 minutes away. Will not be using this company again, unreliable service, unsympathetic staff as well. -

I used 1300 Flowers to buy flowers for one of our office staff. The site is clear and easy to navigate and the whole purchase process was very smooth. I event got a special discount code for free chocolates next time I buy. Very happy and will definitely use again. -

I tried to by flowers online from this mob and when I clicked the submit button a error message came up. They still managed to get my $103 and my daughter got no flowers, I rang them and got the runaround. "I will get the supervisor to ring you back" which they never do, 7 days and 3 phone calls later they finally give my money back.
Because of this I was unable to get flowers to my daughter and her new son. All other family and friends had no problems with other online flower shops. I am very unhappy with 1300flowers.
