Today we had a party for our 2 year old and it was great, no stress for us or other parents. We had the best host ( Andr) who was just great, looking after all the kids, and they all followed him everywhere. We picked wednesday afternoon and we were very spoiled, much better then weekends. It was very tidy and the toilets were super clean :)
I hope they keep up great work! -

Not sure where the bad reviews come from. We called in on the way to airport to let our 2 year old blow off some steam before our flight. The staff were very friendly and easy going. There are different areas fenced off for the age groups which means you can let them go and run riot. The food is basic but reasonably priced and they make a decent coffee. We were there while there was a childrens party on and the kids all seemed tobe having a ball. So if you have a late flight home or the weather is poor this is a great place for the little ones to call in and run themselves to sleep. -

2BKids is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a booking and paid deposit 4 months in advance for mine and another childs combined party. 3 weeks before the party and after the invitations had been sent out I received a message on my phone telling me that they had cancelled the party because it was a public holiday on the Gold Coast. I called the Management back and told me that it was my fault that I did not know that it was a public holiday, there was no way that they were paying their staff double time for my party and gave me no option to change to another date basically told me to come in and get a refund. The kids were looking forward to the disco which is only held the first friday of every month but when I asked when the next one was they said the night before but I have already booked that out. I asked why I wasnt given the first option to have it the night before and they said "what you want me to cancel another kids party for YOU?". How they can run a childrens entertainment centre with that attitude is beyond me. We did get a refund and are boycotting that place from now on. -

We visited 2b kids to have lunch and let our daughter play, the tables in the cafe were mostly empty but had 'reserved' notes on them. We were spoken to extremely rudely by a staff making coffee when we asked for somewhere to sit, was very unaccomodating & said would need 20 mins to clear a small table so we could only sit for half an hour. Staff was also rude to an elderly grandmother who purchased drinks for her grandkids, there was no where for them to sit either. We asked for a refund and left, how ridiculous that you would be made feel unwelcome in a childrens play cafe!!! -

Disgusting service, well no customer service, treated our group very rude and my children couldn't play together when my child just turned 4 a few days ago and couldn't play in the under 4 area with her siblings, so being in too different areas and out of sight wasn't an option they went on and on and then accused us of not paying last time, the thing is never have been there before and was from interstate visiting, absolutely appalled of the place and never go there again and have told my friends who live in qld.
