    I call up to get flower delivered to my wife's work, they tell me they have yellow roses her fav. and that they have a dozen ok so that and a box of chocolates and some credit card details all good to go. when the wife gets home she sees how much they charged $160! and she didn't even get the chocolates. then she points out that on the website its $98 for 10 and free delivery. i called and they said its $135 for 12 and because i called it cost extra for delivery and charged $10 for the chocolates that she didn't receive. i feel that was very sneaky if they told me that i could order online and save up to $62 and send 10 roses i would have surely done it that way. wont be using them again you need trust in your transactions, to over charge and under-deliver is terrible.
