We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

    This "top-up" shop deserves some recognition for honouring my request to have the staff call the manager when the system failed to recognised current and valid promo codes advertised on their Facebook page. Despite the request originated from me, I still respect the fact that he listened to my comments to get the issue resolved. Not exactly an exceptional customer service, but I would definitely be coming back.
