Just went there for the first time, i had appointment with a doctor. Very disappointed with the services. The doctor is really not professional. They treated me not nicely. For sure i won't come back to that places.

Very disgusted with this medical centre, I felt like I was just another person to tick off there list.

I had an infection and new it was bad they didnt do anything, all they said was that I need to stay home and rest for a few days,

Got a second opinion at another doctors down the road, they was very concerned and put me on strong medication and said that I might have had to have an operation if this was not attended to,

After weeks of pain and frustration, I took Dr. Cui's advice and saw Dr Fei Huang, the acupuncturist who is at the surgery. Western medicine was not working. Cortisone, anti-inflammatories, pain killers ... I'd had enough.

"You will be in good hands" I was assured by Dr. Cui. This doctor is very practical, so thorough and she doesn't pussy foot around either, so you had better do as you are told! She cares that much. Compared to other GPs I have had, she would be the best (and I have a health background too).

Being a writer, not being able to type was not only inconvenient but quite depressing. I was at my wits end, and being a needle phobic, well it showed how desperate I was. I even took my old Mum with me to see Dr. Huang!

ONE SESSION and the pain was gone. Dr. Huang said that she cannot get rid of the arthritis in my joints but she can help with the pain. Plus, she explained, the main nerve in my neck, that ran down my arm, was badly inflamed and that was why the shoulder felt like the muscle was being ripped off it, why my elbow and wrist were in so much pain. I have spinal arthritis from the neck to the chest too.

15 needles later ... no they did not hurt ... and Chinese massage ... that was not pleasant but she knew where to get into it ... NO PAIN.

I started to get some pain back, went straight down and BAM ... pain all gone.

So, do yourself a favour - if you are in severe pain and are giving up hope, give Dr. Fei a go. It is certainly cheaper than going to a chiropractor and the results so much quicker.

I went to see the doctor at the medical centre today - All staff were extremely friendly and professional. The practice itself was warm, inviting and especially clean!

  I discovered Dr Cui when we moved in to the area a year or so back
  
  I have always found her very thorough and never rushed which is most unusual these days when visiting a medical centre.
  
  Maybe a small language barrier at reception at times but overall i would not hesitate to reccomend anybody chossing to visit Dr Cui.
  
  Took the time to pass this comment when googled to get the contact number and saw a couple of negative comments and unfortunately with these forums people rarely choose to go out of there way to make positive comments.
