    Phoned Monday morning. Said they'd order the part in that morning and come around to install it in the afternoon. Assured me they would "definitely" be there when they said they would. Didn't turn up. No phone call to explain why they couldn't make it or to reschedule. Phone was hung up or left unanswered when I attempted to contact them after their no show.

    This was the worst unprofessional service person. Called and spoke on Thursday and due to no pen or paper I said I would text our information including phone/problem and address. Was advised that could assist on Friday. Rang Friday and they claimed text not received, showing on our phone as sent totally fine. Also made the call from the sent text message and phone call went directly to the staff from iphone. Claims are made of same day service on website this is false advertising. Ask if weekend availability said occasionally but not really so I said Monday would be fine. As I am self employed if I don't work I don't get paid like you so it is important that if we make the appointment for lunchtime Monday this would be great. Call at 12.15pm to see how far away the staff was only to be told can't find appointment and excuses are made. I explained again who I am the phone texts/phone calls/ the job to do/address and the fact my work commitment and that I was not happy politely only to be told to find someone else then. How unprofessional to do this to another self employed person, yes things do happen but how many opportunities does a person need to give someone. Thurs/Friday and now Monday. WARNING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS the staff is unprofessional and does not keep his word and has no ethics in running a business. I have now rung SAMSUNG directly to have a professional washing machine service person attend to our issue
