    Prior to departing we arrived at this second rate and run down warehouse 10 mins from the terminal only to be greeted by a very unhelpful and rude man who turned out to be the owner. The operation was very unprofessional and after repeated remarks of being in the business for 18 years we were amazed at the crap shop front and that there was no system at all in place. The shuttle was the oldest mini bus ever and there was no help with our bags etc. and we had to ring them on return for our pickup. We felt the service was responsive when we rang for our return pickup only to find they drove our BMW to pick us up instead of a courtesy vehicle. We were appalled that they were driving our vehicle without our permission and we were not paying them to chauffeur us in our own car, we were paying for secure parking only. It did not end there as we were amazed to find an additional $15 surcharge each day for public holidays which was not originally disclosed. We have very happily used the real PARK & FLY near the domestic terminal, and based on false advertising by this imposter company made the unfortunate mistake using them thinking it was the same company and would NEVER use or NEVER recommend to anyone. We will actively advise prospective customers of the unprofessional conduct and practices of this dodgy and misleading car parking outfit.

    Well, if you want your 'PARK' to take longer to arrive to collect you than your flight, then use these people. Left waiting on the kerb for nearly two hours for a one hour domestic flight was absolutely unacceptable. Nevermind that three other people that I had referred for this service, when I expressed disatisfaction after the event, all complained of the same thing. Whilst on the journey back to base which has now moved to 52 Arncliffe Street Wolli Creek, three other calls of complaint were received by the driver. No apology extended but just told on the phone, 'you just have to wait'. Well you can park and fly with these people, but dont expect to get home within a reasonable time after you get back. BEWARE.

      Couldn't agree with Mistreated more! Not only was the "attendants" particularly unhelpful, there was no communication / confirmation to me about a booking I made via email and also after leaving 2 telephone messages requesting they get back to me. Appalling customer service!! Will never use them again.
