They arrived late, couldn't turn the oven on, served cream on the buffet out of the plastic container, served the Pavlova on top of the box it came in with 3 bits of fruit. The spit roast was dry! More to say but it's getting boring now. If you could get over all that, which I was prepared to do if someone called me back after I lodged the complaint, but I had to call them again instead, and then one person who didn't want to hear anything from me, instead started barking at me about how wonderful the chef (cook) is without asking me what the situation was.
