    They are highly unpleasant and have no idea how to treat customers. They were rude enough when I picked up the car that I'd have gone elsewhere were we not on a short time schedule. I needed the car to get to work (about a 25km round trip) because my car was being serviced. When I returned the car the following day, they were also unpleasant and I was told of not having re-filled the car with petrol. Being that I only drove about 25km, the 5 litres I refilled the car with (and have a recipt to prove it) was actually a little bit more than had been used (which, by my calculations, would have only been about 3 litres). When I picked the car up and the fuel level was recorded, it was facing down the sloped driveway of the rental place. When I returned the car and they looked at the fuel guage, they didn't consider the fact that the car was pointing up the sloped driveway. It doesn't take a mechanic to tell you that fuel readings can vary considerably when a car is pointing up or down a hill, so I don't know what they were trying to pull. All I can say is that they won't be getting any return business from me!
