The way A Grade Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control clean carpets is to use a 9 step cleaning process. From inspection, vacuuming, shampoo, agitation, steam clean, spot cleaning, post clean inspection, deodorise and tidying up after ourselves.

Craig's A Grade Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. If your looking for a good carpet cleaner who is reasonably priced, you've found your man.

We had to do an exit carpet clean on a townhouse. We initially got a carpet cleaner who we found via a flyer in our mail box. They did a horrible job, were very rude and vulgar on the phone when we called them up to fix what they did and even skipped cleaning a room. Leaving us in a bad situation as the carpets were still dirty and we had to return the keys the next day.

Thank god we found Craig. He managed to schedule us in at the last minute as we had to return the keys to the place the next day. Came around and did a great job. We will definitely be using his service the next time we need them.

    I was extremely happy with the result achieved by Craig from A Grade Carpet Cleaning. We have used carpet cleaners before, but Craig is by far the best and the only one we would recommend. Having 3 inside dogs means that well be seeing Craig on a regular basis.

    all these reviews I have read sound great and had I not experienced the most unprofessional experience i had this weekend I would probably use them for work on my own properties, needless to say the work that was carried out on a rental property we are residing in was appalling, it took a week for them to perform a request that he does not specialise in nor did they carry out after we offered them money to do what we requested before they wasted our time coming to the property. In saying this, the job that was performed, the stains are still there, nothing was explained to us and we both found them to be very rude and unprofessional and they also damaged our belongings in the process. We are now having to seek professional assistance and as being home owners ourself, we would not like to have to pay for services that were requested let alone not fulfilled with the work that was carried out. It just proves my point that you can't believe what you read on the Internet and if you are working in a few small communities, its quiet easy to HELP and ASSIST other small business owners in giving them reviews in lei of advertising.

      In regards to this review. We were requested by this persons property agent to carry out work.
      We turned up on time on the date we arranged. We carried out the work requested by the agent. We informed the agent that there was more work required and submitted a quote to do the work. To this date the agent has chosen not to proceed with the work. The stains have returned due to the fact we haven't carried out the work required.
      The damaged property was a bottle of beer which was left lying by a staircase I offered to pay for a replacement.
      We are sorry that this customer is upset with our work but we do feel that there was nothing we could have done to please them.
      We wish them all the best in the future.

    Craig and Helen recently did a move out clean for me that was with out a doubt outstanding . They did more then i expected by a long shot and left me with a Real estate agent that could not ??? a single thing on exit inspection.

    Craig came to our house on time and within 24 hours notice, he done a wonderful job not only cleaning our carpets and removing a majority of very old stains, but also explaining how the different chemicals react to different spillages and how the house needs to breathe through wall cavities etc. wonderful job well done A Grade Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control. great services and prices and very pleasant attitude. cheers!
