Our initial contact with A-Plan Kitchens was with Michael, and from then on we dealt with one of Michaels experienced Kitchen Designers, Gerald who designed a very practical and functional kitchen for us.
We changed measurements a few times, and put forward several different concept ideas along the way and Gerald was understanding, attentive, flexible, and patient with us. He also alerted us to potential issues.
We were impressed with his technical knowledge and attention to detail. We were also given advice and options for our chosen appliances.
A-Plan Kitchens co-ordinated their functions with our Builder and all their dealings with other trades involved with our project was most professional.
We found installation staff and other staff we dealt with from A-Plan Kitchens were polite, professional and competent.
We were particularly impressed with the level of support afforded to us by A-Plan Kitchens when some minor issues arose with the granite bench top that was supplied by a different company; they contacted that company and arranged to have the issues resolved. Also, equally impressive were some minor issues relating to A-Plan Kitchens own products and installation which were promptly attended to by immediate replacement and/or modification as required, without any fuss whatsoever.
We found A Plan Kitchens service from design to installation to be excellent. They worked within our budget and were very professional to deal with.
We would best describe A-Plan Kitchens as having exceeded our expectations.
Finally, we wish to thank A-Plan Kitchens for a job well done and we are very happy with the result and would sincerely and highly recommend them to our friends and indeed anyone contemplating a new kitchen.

We absolutely love our new laundry cabinets and are grateful for their flexibility, patience and attention to detail. It was tricky to fit all we wanted in a tight space and we had to change the measurements several times. They were always understanding and attentive and pointed out potential issues along the way. We are glad that we listened to them otherwise the appliances will not fit as perfectly under the bench as they do now. We are also thankful that he checked the door handles as we nearly ordered mismatching colours. Although it took us a while to appreciate their experience and professionalism, A-Plan is definitely our first choice for cabinetry now.
A-Plan also did our kitchen about a couple of months ago. Although the process was not as smooth sailing as we had hoped, we appreciated their support, calmness and willingness to address issues, especially that we were rather frustrated on the installation day. They asked us to send them the installation issues and these were promptly attended to after some clarification. With the sink that did not fit, they immediately contacted the manufacturer to find a smaller one even though we did not get the sink through A-Plan. We were given alternative solutions and time to consider them. We chose A-Plan because we wanted our own design and measurements. When we did not agree with their observation on certain aspects of our design, they were happy to do check-measure again on the tight spots and explained to us on-site the issues. We find them knowledgeable and passionate about their products. Even at a later stage when two drawers did not fit after the gas fittings were installed, A-Plan organised replacements without any fuss. They did reassure us that there were no problems, just solutions. We are certainly not disappointed in choosing A-Plan again. -

A Plan Kitchens are the only company I use to create my custom kitchens & cabinetry. I have used them several times throughout my years in owning homes and I highly recommend her company to my clients. I feel so confident in their ability to create the best solution for my design brief that I left her to design my entire office's cabinetry and the finished product was superb, my staff and I could not be happier. Functionality fused with high quality finishes is delivered time and time again and I throughly enjoy dealing with the A Plan team from start to finish. Her installers are prompt, speedy and very polite. -

Our experience with APlan was positive. I dealt with a very experienced kitchen designer who helped me achieve what I wanted for our new kitchen. We were given options within which we could keep to budget with finishes, hardware etc. The kitchen was supplied on time and was better value than previous quotes I had from other suppliers. We installed the kitchen ourselves and found the cupboards well made, solid and exactly cut to size. The team can get a bit busy before Christmas, so a small add-on cupboard did take a little longer than expected but overall I found them professional and providing a quality product. I have a great kitchen with loads of room, and great functionality.
