    Completely unprofessional. Booked them in for a quote and they didn't show up. When we called they seemed to have forgotten. Re-booked for another day and same thing occured. After calling again the guy fobbed us off saying he was basically too busy and couldn't come out.

    Over the years we have used Andrew on numerous occasions, and have always found him to be extremely well mannered,good humored, professional and well priced to boot. Last wednesday we found that our hot water was not working, I rang Andrew to find out what could be done, After listening to me over the phone Andrew advised me that the issue was likely not one of plumbing but an electrical problem; possibly the element or thermostat, Andrew then politely informed me he could come and check it if i wanted but his visit would more than likely prove futile as the electrical side is not his forte. Andrew advised me to call an electrician who would be able to fix the problem.
    After the electrician (from a hot water company) attended and explained that parts were no longer available for my heater, he then gave me a bill for service, and a massive price to supply and install a new heater (gas instantaneous) . I say Massive because after I spoke to the electrician I immediately rang Andrew and explained that the heater needed to be replaced and asked him for a price, Andrew gave me a price straight away, and it was over $1000.00 less than what the other man had quoted! I couldn't believe it, I asked Andrew if he was sure about the price, and did he need to look over the work prior to doing the job to make sure, Andrew said that as he had frequented my home before he remembered where the services are and the price would remain.
    So Andrew once again did the work for us at the price he quoted and the same day.
    Thank you once again Andrew, for your honest and professional service. You are truly appreciated!
