    Installed gas ducted heating and evap cooling - had to do it over 2 days instead of being told by the rep that it would be just one day, then they were due to turn up to install the cooling they were a couple of hours late, no calls or SMS to let us know, then a couple of days later the heating stopped and when I called them on the Saturday morning they wouldn't help because "they don't really work Saturdays", too bad we're stuck with no heating after they went ahead and disconnected the old gas heater without asking first! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

    We have now used A-temp Heating and Airconditioning on a number of occasions and have recommended them to family and friends.

    They are easy to deal with and their pricing is always great.

    We Used A-Temp for the installation of our Evap Cooler and Split System Daikin units whilst we were recently renovating our large home in Bayside Melbourne They came to us as a referral from a family friend so we were confident that we would get good service. We checked around a couple of different places for pricing thinking that we knew what we needed, even after a couple of other Cooling companies came out to quote.However we soon learnt that price is only one factor to take into consideration when undertaking a Cooling project.This became apparent when both owners of A-temp came to our house and after carefully exploring how we use the house and each room they then designed not only the positioning of the ductwork for the cooling but they got on the roof to inspect for the strategic placement of the Split System units.
    It was then that we became aware of just how easy it is to make a big mistake with cooling systems and companies that come out just to give a quote. We are very happy with the Total Service package that A-Temp delivered and highly recommend them for fast efficient service and delivering on promise.

    Very happy with our air conditioning installed by A-Temp. They installed our 2 gas ducted heating with add on refrigerated air conditioning systems and we are extremely happy with them. We received great service from the company and was very happy with the installers who did the job. We would definitely recommend

    Must have got these guys on a bad day. Service was very efficient - arrived on time, completed the install in record time - no problem there. However - argued amongst themselves, were very unfriendly, and I was left with powerpoints installed on the wall with cables to the aircon units that I didn't know I was going to get - cost me more $$$ for my own electrician to come and wire in a seperate circuit as should have been done in the first place, before getting yet another contractor in to plaster over the now redundant holes. Condensor units installed in a very unsightly position on the roof - not really happy with the overall result.
