Agree with the review below. My delivery dates were also missed and I had to call on the day they were due to find out they were not even in the right state, although late delivery was the least of my problems. Due to a circumstances beyond their control they had to send another company to deliver my belongings, to their credit they had made other arrangements (although they did not even call to make me aware of the change). That said the one item of furniture I had asked them to look after turned up broken, my lounge was covered in grease and hand prints and they ruined the floorboards through their carelessness. I then contacted them to make them aware of the situation, anyone with even the slightest bit of business acumen would have made a token gesture to fix the situation (e.g. have $80 towards the cleaning) although instead I was told I could contact the person that THEY had arranged to deliver my belongings. Odd? Last time I checked I had made an agreement with them. Avoid them at all costs. -

The initial support sounded really good but then appointments were not kept and follow through was deplorable. We even bought the movers dinner on the night they showed up after they were so late. The delivery date was promised, missed, then promised again and missed again- terrible way to move. Avoid them.
