    this is the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with, and a cheap quote should NOT = BAD service,, im still shocked at how little they cared about our booking, our stuff, and the trouble they caused us all by being days late and not bothering to even keep us informed,,seriously bad customer service, and i wish we had read some of the reviews here before booking them, obviously we arnt the only ones,,

    A2Z Moving and Storage recently moved me and my family from Balmain to Geelong. The movers were courteous and efficient and took care with our belongings. They also packed our things in the truck well so that no damage was sustained during the long trip. The truck arrived at our destination at the agreed time and was unpacked without fuss. A2Z also provided us with the best quote compared to other movers we investigated. Chris.

    Pick up on a different day to that agreed. Drop over a day after that discussed on phone. Drop off advised 45 minutes away and took over four hours to arrive. No contact to inform us. Completely unprofessional. Rude response including being hung up by their staff. The worst removalists I have ever used.

      you are absolutely spot on, and i so wish i had read these comments before i hired this company, our experience was the same, if not worse, pick up was scheduled for the Friday, they got here 1AM !!!! Sunday morning, and if we haven't chased them they wouldn't have bothered ringing to let us know,,after numerous phone calls to find out what was going on they just stop answering, before that they kept saying "yea we are just 20 minutes away, and another 3 hrs would go by and NOTHING !!!! no calls, no apologies,, NOTHING,, and the same happened with the drop off,, what amazes me is there total disregard for instructions, and i think we were very patient at first because sometimes things happen that are unavoidable and there's no point in giving people a hard time for things out of they're control, but these people just didn't care, and were NOT sorry,,i can honestly say i have NEVER had such bad service

    Melbourne to Sydney in two days! And with the happiest removalist's I've ever met in my life! Definitely recommend to everyone..... :)

      they were the worst i ever had!! i moved from sydney to melb and they broke at least 5 pieces of expensive ornaments. They were rude when they realised that they broke my things...are we talking about the same company? I even spoke to the management and they had no empathy and didn't give us any discount for breakage. i would NEVER i repeat NEVER use this company again...NOt only did they break my things they had to swop to another truck after they removed everything and the boxes and my furniture arrived squashed. It didn't take 2 days - it took 4 days to get to melb and had issues with staff.
      Do yourself a favour DO NOT put yourself in this situation...I regret the whole experience.

    These guys were great! I didn't have any problems at all! I didn't move alot of things, just a bed frame and bedside table but the girls at the office were so bubbly & helpful and they always updated me on where my things were. It was good, no fuss and cheap too! Good job mate!

    I was very happy with the efficient and friendly service that was provided throughout my whole move. They were always reachable to answer my many questions, even out of business hours...the men who did the loading were very friendly and professional, and the items arrived safely on time :) I was very impressed, especially since the quote was so cheap! Thank you!
