    I used At Call recently. This locksmith seems to charge whatever they think they can get away with.

    My wife was charged for work she didn't even ask for but the staff on the phone to the onsite tradesman insisted that we be charged for it to their tradesman.

    Even the tradesman didn't want to charge us but they had to.

    I feel that they take advantage of female customers who are not quiet sure what is and what isn't required.

    It ended up costing us over $500 for work that I think should have only cost a maximum of $200

    Ill never use At Call Locksmiths again.

    Had my locks changed about a week ago from 'At Call Locksmiths' job was quick. That was the only good thing!! Firstly I asked if it could all be the same key they said not without replacing some locks so I agreed on replacing them. Later found out I got ripped off by the pricing as well as being sold crap locks! Never be using you again.

    I locked myself outside last night while my 15 month old baby was asleep inside. In a panic I rang a few locksmiths that said they were a 24 hour service but no one answered the phone (I rang for quotes at 10 pm). I then tried at call locksmiths who answered straight away and was at my house in 15 minutes. thank you so much great service great price.

    We were broken into in Sutherland. We called AA At Call Locksmiths and they were at our place in an hour! A very nice young, well presented man changed all our locks and added more locks for more security and the price was quite reasonable. They even helped us out with more remotes for our garage door. We would definitely recommend AA At Call Locksmiths in the future!

    Had someone from At Call Locksmiths come over to my house in Caringbah for changing of locks. Did whole house within a hour which was excellent but new keys did not work in all of the locks. Had some locks replaced which wasn't installed correctly and to top it off the cost was outrageous! I had the cheapest locks installed at a hefty price and it lasted me about a month until they broke on me which I had to get another company to come and replace the locks with good Lockwood locks and charged cheaper than what the bad locks did... Never use At Call Locksmiths again!!!
    Seriously shop around before using these guys!!

    Had an attempted break in so called these guys as I had used them before. Couldn't get a quote upfront as was not sure what lock would fit the door. Had at call locksmiths come around when only my wife was home. Basically they installed a deadlatch ($60 from Bunnings) and charged us over $400 for 1 hours work!!! I My wife didn't understand so paid them unknown to me. The next day I called up to get a quote to have the same job done somewhere else and was told it would be maximum $240.

    What a guy! Stuck on Christmas eve at 5.30pm car packed and ready to go away -stressed to say the least - but saved by the advice and willingness of this fantastic mobile man, who in the end didn't have to come - but was willing for a reasonable $. If ever i need a locksmith, it will be Atcall!! He really is on call!
