    Terrible value for money, poor communication and very poor customer service! I would not recommend!
    I had AAA Northside Gardening and Maintenance come out to some weeding. From the quote through to payment, they were very dissapointing. Here is why:
    Firstly, he showed up over an hour late for the quote. He didn't ring to say he'd be late. I had to chase him.
    Secondly, when he arrived, he did not write down any details of the job. So subsequently when he returned, he indicated that he had not agreed to do parts of the job that he originally said were included. I paid him $200 to weed particular parts of our garden. He ended up staying for just over two hours!
    Thirdly, when I indicated I wasn't satisfied with the job, he didn't care. He suggested that he'd done his job and that weed control was an ongoing. I understand that, but I'd agreed to pay him for the total job, not part of it.
    I am a very dissatisfied customer, and certainly wouldn't recommend AAA Northside Gardening and Maintenance.
