I think AAA Removal is shut down. Don't try to BOOK them. AAA Removal ppl did not show up on the day I booked them. I booked them a month ahead; and could not contact them the week before the moving day. The business phone number does not work. The website email link does not work. No reply at all. Actually, I am glad, they did not come since I read all the bad reviews after I booked them. We used another removalist the next day and it went well.

looking for a bargin i was...NEVER AGAIN..... i learned the hard way, cheap ,nasty, 2 backpackers came to my place in a small hire truck from budget to do a 3 bedroom house, could hardly speak english, damaged my items, took twise as long as my last move with less stuff and and just so unprofessional..you know i speak the truth...AAA should not even be trading..i shall be reporting your services to fair trading ...dont get conned like i did.

First of all this company likes to make out that it owns a fleet of trucks, they don't ! In fact they hire budget or other rental trucks and arrive with a truck too small for the job. Second the movers themselves are ridiculous and somehow manage to damage every single thing they move. How this is done is beyond me, but they manage to do this while taking the most time imaginable. So if you would like your furniture moved by a couple of slow moving staffs who damage everything you own and then laugh about, by all mean choose AAA Removals. This is just a scam company who should be shut down before they destroy anyone elses belongings. Beware! AAA Removals consists of some personnel on a mobile phone who rents a Budget truck and hires a couple of people who probabably couldnt get a job anywhere else on the planet doing much more than digging ditches to move your precious belongings! I can't believe that any of the postive reviews here are genuine. There's NO WAY on Earth that this company could possibly have a satisfied customer. No Way!

I just would like to say what an AMAZING job the 2 lads did, who moved me from Ascot to Booval. They worked extremely hard, and put everything where I wanted them to. There was a problem with getting a sofa out of the Unit but they came up with a solution very quickly.
The job was done quickly, efficiently with No breakages and the price was amazing
If anybody want to use a Reliable Removals Company give them a call.
Communication was good as well. A traumatic experience made easy

BE AWARE that they could double book you. we booked in a week before, confrimed once through week and they rang to confirm on the saturday. 830am came no removalists waited til 930am to call them and found out they double booked us and they said they would be there at around 12pm. 12pm come and went. 2pm we rang them to see what the hold up was. gave excuse that it took longer etc etc etc. and should be there soon. 3pm come and WE rang THEM again and after more excuses and 4pm came, we decided to SACK them as how could you guarantee quality of work when this is the standard of customer service we got. TAKE CARE. moving is stressful enough without people like this.

BEWARE !! DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!
They will arrive 2.5 hours late with a small truck and take all day to DAMAGE every piece of furniture they touch.
They dropped my TV cupboard, dryer and coffee table drawers down the back stairs and damaged everything... dryer, front load washer, bed frame, kitchen dresser, outdoor wooden table, coffee table and drawers, TV cupboard dented, gouged and scratched. My black leather couch has white paint embedded into the leather where they have forced it past the railing of the back stairs.
They also banged and scrapped against walls and door frames leaving dirty marks everywhere. One fellow dripped his sweat ALL over our belongings and leaving black greasy smears all over everything he touched.
It took them 7 hours to a job that was supposed to take 3 and wanted $925 !!
Did not even apologise and on top of that accused me of being a liar !!
DON"T USE AAA REMOVALS ,CHOOSE ANOTHER REMOVAL COMPANY !!
This has been a traumatic experience and I would like to save others from going through this.

The worst moving experience I have ever had. Arrival time was to be 2-3pm for a 3-4 hour job. At 2.30 I was contacted and advised it would be at least 4pm as the previous job had gone over. At 4.30pm when I called I was advised of a series of problems with the end result being they couldn't get a truck to me for "several hours". My partner had to be out of his place that day and was not at all happy. He said in strong terms that we should have been informed earlier so we could make other arrangements but now it was too late - we expected a truck and wanted to know what time. They arrived at 7.35pm, which I wrote down in my notebook. Accepting the boys had been working all day (as had we) the rate of work was slow, took 20 mins just to reverse the truck into position and even with us carrying all the boxes up the driveway to the truck they took 1.5 hours to load my 1 bed apartment. On arriving at my partners and seeing his boxes in the shed he was informed they may not fit (as we had a 4 tonne truck instead of the 5 tonne I was told we would be getting) and that the job may go over time. My partner said as they were on hourly rate, lets just get it done, they can send the invoice and he would pay it. We were then informed for the first time (at 10.30pm at night) that it was cash on delivery terms only. Foolishly we had expected some kind of consideration or discount for having to wait so long and being unhappy with the rate the boys were moving at my partner felt we were being scammed into paying cash on the night, leaving no recourse for our dissatisfaction. On calling the owner my partner was angry and on being told it was COD or our goods would not be delivered my partner totally lost his temper and was very verbally abusive to him. We had no choice however, as they had our goods and I then had to drive around an unfamiliar suburb at 11pm at night to find an ATM to withdraw cash sufficient for 5 hours of work. My partner led the effort to load at his place to get things moving quicker but everything did not fit in the truck and we had to go back the next day with a trailer to collect the remainder.
On arrival at the new address shortly before midnight I offered the cash as they wanted it upfront but as the driver could not find the receipt book we started to unload. When there was maybe 15 mins of unloading left the driver said that was time and we would have to pay more money. I couldn't believe they were quibbling over 15 mins and still holding our goods to ransom after the level of service we had been given. I was exhausted and nearly distraught by this time and pleaded with his sense of fairness and his offsider also said "lets just get it done" (big thanks). When we finished unloading I looked at the clock and it was 12.30am, so the driver had called the 5 hours time some 15 minutes early in any event.
I appreciate that they went out of their way to get us a truck on the day we booked but it really did seem like they took no responsibility as owners of a business for the massive delay or the inconvenience caused to the customer.

Disappointed with the service I received last weekend. Not all of my furniture fit on the truck and some was left behind which meant I had to hire a tandem trailer and do the 140km round trip the next day to pick up the rest. The only question they asked me was what size house I was moving and were there stairs. I did mention that I had outdoor furniture etc when I booked the job. I was moving from a unit so the amount I had to move was not excessive at all. The employees mentioned quite often the trucks sent weren't big enough. A kitchen chair ended up with a tear in in, a lamp table scratched, bookcase scratched as they dragged it into the truck. A drawer runner was also broken off. It took the truck 30mins longer to get to the new place than what it took me. I tried to call them to discuss the issues and had to leave a voice mail, they still haven't returned my call.

  Every once in a while doing removals, you get a belligerant, abusive customer who is off the handle. This is one of those customers.

Although it was an obvious risk to send out a truck, I did still for the girl. He continued to abuse our staff on the job swearing at them and carrying on how we should know the size of the job and send an appropriate truck even though she ordered it. No damage.

She called in, and after all options and prices were given, she chose and contracted us for a 4 ton truck for that rate instead of the big trucks at a time of around 2-3pm. At 2pm, The guy called me instead of her, yelling and swearing at me for being late. After him calling again maybe 30 minutes later to do the same, I spoke to him in great length about the terms, times, and happenings of the day. Although it was an obvious risk to send out a truck, I did still for the girl. He continued to abuse our staff on the job swearing at them and carrying on how we should know the size of the job and send an appropriate truck even though Sarah ordered it. No damage.

  These comments from Bane have nothing to do with the job they did for me and he said this would be removed. My name is Robyn, not Sarah and they only ever dealt with me, and not my boyfriend. I was never abusive. I have spoken to Bane since my original comment and he apologised but never offered any resolution. He did blame me for ordering the wrong size truck - apparently customers should know what size truck they need and not rely on advice from the person they book it through.

Thanks Boys! Bane, Dale and Jeff moved my parents from the Brisbane area to 4 hours up the Coast. Arrived at 9am, loaded truck, then having to drive 4 hours up the Coast past Gympie while we have all the rains and floods happening, I spoke to my parents at 8:30pm and the boys were still unloading, Already a 12 hour day, (with having the breaks of course) but then they still had to drive back to Brisbane afterwards in the rain and flooding. Mammoth effort boys because it would have been a real pain driving back at night in all this rain and such a long day already had before driving back. Your fussiness was noticed Bane, and appreciated and so was your pricing.
I'll give you a call when Hubby and I move at the end of the year hopefully. :)
