    This was the WORST company i have every dealt with, my furniture arrived, leather sofa and the boxes were all in a disappointing condition. They refused to follow up or discuss this with me and did not care....... i have worked hard for my posessions and they were treated with such disrespect......... i would never recommend this service to any-one .. PLEEASE find another company.

    WORST Company ever! I would not recommend this company. I organised a week in advanced to have my furniture moved from Adelaide to Aldinga, and all seemed great at first. They even called me the morning before to confirm. However,7pm that night i receive a TEXT MESSAGE to say sorry they have to cancel the move because their truck 'broke down'. Their website clearly states they have 11 vehicles. I responded several times and got no reply. Very unprofessional and they could have had the decency to call. I'm just lucky that there are far more professional and superior removalists who could assist me at such late notice. I guess you get what you pay for - in this case NOTHING!

    Fantastic service! I would definately recommend these guys and use them again. The guys were really hard workers. I was on such a tight budget and they moved me on a Saturday at the same rates as a week-day even though I arranged the whole thing at the last minute because of some personal stuff. They took all the stress out of it.

    The worst 'company' i have ever dealt with. They are charming on the phone, tell you they will have it all sorted. But I spent 3 weeks chasing them all the time because the 'I will call you by this afternoon' just never happened, I even had a 'I promise I will call you in 30 minutes'. 1 day prior to me having to move, I finally have senior staff on the case of finding out when exactly the pickup will be and it comes back with a day out of the date range I originally gave and they agreed to. When I gave them feedback about never getting calls back (calmly and nice, just general feedback) they said to me 'look don't arc me up or I will give back your deposit and then you will be stuffed'. Excuse me?? I had been backed into a corner, with only a day or so to go in my rental place and moving interstate I had to continue to use them. They had contracted out to a different company anyway and blamed all delays on them. Pffft. They took the job, they are the organisers otherwise tell me to call the other company directly. yeah it was cheap.. but it took a toll on the stress levels and it was not worth it at all. They also trade as Hypertrans Removals or they are the same company/people or something.
