    This pub was formerly known as The Occidental (The Oxo) and attracted a late-night crowd of hard-partying youngsters. as such, it had an unenviable reputation as a dingy, crowded place.

    It's now been totally revamped with major renovations in order to tidy up the place and appeal to a different crowd. The food is good and everything is very cheap. Very good value.
