Recognising the need for afforable and efficient bookkeeping services for small/medium businesses, Abacus Bookkeeping Centre was established in 1998 in Chatswood NSW.

Initially the business was set up to provide bookeeping and payroll services to businesses between Hornsby and Chatswood. From referrals by satisfied clients and accountants our clientele demographics started to spread. Now we help businesess all over Australia with their bookkeeping (MYOB Live products makes this very easy). 

We have bookkeeping and payroll experience in many types of industries including graphic designers & printers, restaurants, take-aways, telemarketing, IT, builders, business coaches, doctors, beauty & hair, and clubs.

As registered BAS Agent our clients receive a four week extension for the lodgment and payment of their BAS.

All work are carried out by bookkeeping technicians of at least Cert IV Financial Services qualification, ensuring work are carried out to a professional standard.
