    I have never been so disappointing with a Florist in my life. I paid $51 to have one rose delivered to my Girlfriend for our anniversary literally 5 minutes up the road. An hour after it was supposed to arrive I called the florist who then informed me that they had no red roses in stock and they were arranging to get some (no courtesy phone call to tell me they were running late). Another hour later I called again; I was informed that the rose would be delivered in 45 minutes. Long story short, the single red rose arrived 3 and a half hours late, my girlfriends name and my name were both misspelled (even though I had spelled it out for the florist). What was supposed to be a romantic start to our anniversary turned out to be the worst start.. we missed our gold class session at the cinemas and were late for our hotel check in. I'd rather grown my own roses than go there again.
