    Nice place for a drink, or to watch some sport. They usually set up a massive T.V for big sporting events.

    Plus, they have great heaters outside so you can sit outside and have a smoke and not freeze.

    Great place to get a drink on Acland st, which is not short on choices. However, Abbey rd seems to be the only one really big enough. The other places are too small and it's too bloody hard to find a place to sit with your drink. The staff at Abbey road are also friendly.

    recently changed hands. food expensive for quality - lots greasy chips served with meals, pizzas with little toppings, frozen not fresh seafood, etc. it is a large noisy place, staff very friendly, couches and bar area available. probably better suited for drinks at bar rather than dining as better dining options available on acland street .
