    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They did not complete the job we paid for and didn't tell us (they will never call you!). Called them out to complete the job and they didn't arrive (again no phone call). Called them out again and they didn't arrive again. Finally they came out, but they still didn't complete the job they were paid to do (no phone call again). Finally, I told them to refund our money because of their incompetence.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Like most here, I don't usually write reviews. However, I felt compelled to on this occassion as my experience with this company has been truly awful. I had an extremely minor bed bug infestation in my apartment that I unfortunately picked up whilst travelling. It could have and should have been dealt with swiftly. Unfortunately ABC Pest Control have no idea what they're doing and have made the situation far worse. 6 weeks after the initial treatment and several repeat visits later, I still have bed bugs and am being bitten more than ever. I have basically paid $500 for the situation to deteriorate. I am now using Alex at Proven Pest Control who is far more professional and effective.

      DO NOT USE ABC PEST CONTROL SYDNEY- They charged $250.00 to put a cage, our water & food, they were 3 hours late, came back charged $80.00 CASH ONLY to take the cage and possum away, possums back- WERE HOURS LATE, USED OUR LADDER

    Had them come do my 2 room unit on Friday 9/3/12, and the roaches are as bad as ever. Charged me $149 ( I gave them $150), Still had the audacity to say they recommend a follow up for $120 just to make sure the roaches are all gone. They were here for like 10 mins and they were gone. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They arrived late too.

    I don't usually write reviews but just had to with this one. Service was TERRIBLE. I just can not believe what just happened. They were running 20 minutes late, when I called to find out where they were - they got angry at me!!! Then the management got angry at me because I wanted to cancel as I was scared having them in my home that got angry at me when they were the ones running late! Most bizarre customer service I have ever received. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.

    I can understand how not turning up on time might be annoying. However, for us they happened to show up on time.I was a bit concerned that they seemed to be a bit too quick with the whole procedure, but I was more concerned that they would actually get rid of the bed bugs. After the 2 sprays we haven't seen a bug for 6 months. I'm happy about that.

    i received terrible service an the phone and also when they were in my home, the technician seemed hopeless and didnt know what he was doing. i would never recommend this business.
    to get away from these terrible comments that are also placed on google, abc pest control has created another map location claiming he is located in Bondi, instead he is really located in Marayong. on top of that he has placed the reviews from truelocal that of another company.
    i wander how he can explain all this!!

    Horrible customer services . they wouldn't come to do my house because they want to push the "follow up service".
    Quoted 189 for german cockroches for one story house plus 149 follow up .
    If you say no follow up , then they tell you "can't do it " .
    All the prices on their website do not exist
    I have also reported them to fair trading

    We had a terrible experience with this business and will not use them again. We also required 2 visits and we have more bugs around the house than ever before. It's just our opinion but we don't think they have any idea what they are doing.

      Did the bugs eventually disappear?

      I just had them come over and spray my house to get rid of bird lice. I agree they do seem like they have no idea what they're doing. It was way too quick and the staff said that they couldn't find a birds nest. How can you have a bird lice without a birds nest?
