    Had them come do my 2 room unit on Friday 9/3/12, and the roaches are as bad as ever. Charged me $149 ( I gave them $150), Still had the audacity to say they recommend a follow up for $120 just to make sure the roaches are all gone. They were here for like 10 mins and they were gone. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They arrived late too.

    I don't usually write reviews but just had to with this one. Service was TERRIBLE. I just can not believe what just happened. They were running 20 minutes late, when I called to find out where they were - they got angry at me!!! Then the management got angry at me because I wanted to cancel as I was scared having them in my home that got angry at me when they were the ones running late! Most bizarre customer service I have ever received. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.

    I can understand how not turning up on time might be annoying. However, for us they happened to show up on time.I was a bit concerned that they seemed to be a bit too quick with the whole procedure, but I was more concerned that they would actually get rid of the bed bugs. After the 2 sprays we haven't seen a bug for 6 months. I'm happy about that.

    i received terrible service an the phone and also when they were in my home, the technician seemed hopeless and didnt know what he was doing. i would never recommend this business.
    to get away from these terrible comments that are also placed on google, abc pest control has created another map location claiming he is located in Bondi, instead he is really located in Marayong. on top of that he has placed the reviews from truelocal that of another company.
    i wander how he can explain all this!!

    Horrible customer services . they wouldn't come to do my house because they want to push the "follow up service".
    Quoted 189 for german cockroches for one story house plus 149 follow up .
    If you say no follow up , then they tell you "can't do it " .
    All the prices on their website do not exist
    I have also reported them to fair trading

    We had a terrible experience with this business and will not use them again. We also required 2 visits and we have more bugs around the house than ever before. It's just our opinion but we don't think they have any idea what they are doing.

      Did the bugs eventually disappear?

      I just had them come over and spray my house to get rid of bird lice. I agree they do seem like they have no idea what they're doing. It was way too quick and the staff said that they couldn't find a birds nest. How can you have a bird lice without a birds nest?

    BE VERY WARNED USING ABC PEST CONTROL. We have had the worst experience. We booked for our house to get sprayed and got told someone would be at our place between a 2 hour time bracket. We got a call saying that the guy was going to be another hour - so waited at home for 3 hours. We trusted the guy in our house so we left him to do the job, We returned after forgetting something about 10 minutes after leaving and the guy was already about to leave as he was finishing up (10-15 minutes - not really long enough to do a home). We still had problems with bugs so called to ask if this should happen, and whether taking 10 minutes to do the job was acceptable.

    We got told all sorts of stories from the Manager (We got told that it would take 2 guys 40 minutes to do the job, that they had a bad batch of chemicals, our house was very small etc). However, they said they would come and redo the job but could not come for 2 weeks - not really acceptable but we accepted the booking. I called two days before the rescheduled date to get a time that they would come and redo the job only to be told that they couldn't make it anymore so would have to reschedule again.

    On the second rescheduled time they showed up an hour late and within 24 hours had 3 phone calls from the company confirming what the redo job was for - shouldn't they know?

    All in all I have NEVER dealt with customer service like this in my life. I would highly recommend NOT using this company unless you want to be put under stress and messed around. It will be interesting to see if this redo actually works!

    We found Warren to be very thorough and a whole lot better then the previous company we had in trying to get rid of our bed bug problem. His products actually work and he is happy to offer a warranty on his work and he followed through on that. Which offers something money can't buy - peace of mind. Through talking with him, he is very committed to learning as much as his can about bedbugs; staying up-to-date with the best chemicals and procedures and delivering this knowledge to his customers.

    He also has a highly trained bed-bug detecting dog, Bell, who can sniff those little terrors out, which is handy when you can't see some nests.

    I would happily recommend him to anyone in our position.

    First booking they were running late so rescheduled for next day... which they never turned up for. Not even a phone call! Two days in a row I wasted time at home waiting for them.

    I found the quality of the workmanship to be very good. They charged me a great price and said that if there were any probs to call them back and they would sort it out. i have to admit i will be definately be calling this company back for any future jobs i need doing. i will also be recommending them to all my friends and family.
