    I was very satisfied with the service from Abel Browns Plains. I needed a rental while my car was being repaired after an accident, and the smash repairers couldn't tell me how long it would take. I booked initially for 1 week, but the Abel staff were happy to assist me when I asked to extended it for a week and again for a further week, for the same online rate of $29/day.

    I was concerned by some reports I found on the Internet that Abel would claim for damage and marks that were there prior to pick up. The car I picked up did have a small ding on the bonnet when I got it, but this was noted in the condition report and I didn't have a problem when I returned it.

    Also when I picked up the car it only had 3/4 tank of fuel, but this was noticed by the staff member. He said it might be a faulty fuel gauge, and that when I returned it I should fill it up. However when I filled the car the gauge read full, I mentioned this to the staff and they said it would be OK to return it with 3/4 tank. I was so happy with the service I filled the car full before returning it anyway.
