Couldnt be happier with the service at the Greenslopes Abel store. They are a great bunch of blokes and only too happy to help out. Would have no trouble recommending them to friend and family.

No issues at all - rented a beautiful new Micra which had nearly nothing on the clock - smelt like a brand new car and ran perfectly.

Staff was polite and friendly and everything went smoothly. Will definitely recommend to friends.

A most disappointing service I've ever received. First the website was down and wouldn't take my booking so I had to ring the booking agent, they quoted me $175 for 5 days rental, less than the $39/day they advertise for an automatic. So I thought I was getting a great deal! But there was no mention of the hidden fees I would face when I picked the car up (a direct contradiction to the radio ads which claim NO HIDDEN FEES) Admin Fee $12.19, Credit card fee $2.50/day (I could have paid cash if told of this before hand) Extra driver $5/day, lowering the liability waiver from a whopping $4500 to a managable $450 costs $27.50/day and $100 bond (refunded 10 days after I return the car!) All told my 5 day rental which was quoted at $175 ended up costing $477.26.$300 in extra fees!! To top it all off when I asked for clarification and why I had to sign a credit card slip for the $450 Liability waiver before they needed it(and trust they wouldn't submit it) I was told by the management "if you don't sign it you can't rent the car." then walked away. The staff was hostile and treated me like I was inconveniencing them. Sadly to say my own car was not ready to be picked up from the body shop on Friday as intended and I was forced to extend my rental for the weekend. For which they kindly charged me an additional $191 for 3 days! Now I have to extend for 1 more day and they have given me a cut rate of $55 for the day. Now that I've had the car for 8 days they can't give me the weekly rental rate, which is much cheaper than what I've already paid because the account is already open. Why can they do it? Because they're ABLE!

The service was impeccable from the time I booked online, the call after that Abel received our booking and when we came in to pick the Car. Matt (Greenslopes) served us and he was in every way friendly and informative! We enjoyed being able to do what we needed to do for the time with the carno issues and again no issues dropping off and finalizing that process. I would definitely promote the service Abel provides Just Outstanding!!!
