This place is a complete joke. I ordered a gun 6 weeks ago, they said it was in stock and would be in in 2 weeks, i heard nothing so i called after 2 weeks, they brushed me off and said to give them another week, i gave them 10 days and they then said they had no idea when it would be in because the supplier didn't have it in stock. I said i was on my way down to cancel the order and get something else, whilst i was driving down they rang me back with a new story of it ...read more

I was overwhelmed by how incompetent the staff at Abelas are. They can't order products, return calls or even find items you have paid thousands of dollars for. I received a call stating that my order had arrived. I turned up to collect it and they no idea who I was or what I ordered. I will not shop they again.

I RECIEVED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED AND PAID FOR A SCOPE AND AFTER A FEW PHONE CALLS AND THREE WEEKS LATER I VISTIED THERE SHOP TO FIND THAT THEY HAD FERGOTTEN TO ORDERED IN THE SCOPE. THEN I WAS TOLD THE SCOPE WAS GOING TO BE EXSPRESS POSTED FROM MELBOURNE. FOUR WEEKS LATER STILL NO SIGN OF SCOPE. PROBLEM WITH MANAGEMENT IN THERE ORDERS SECTION.
