I PURCHASED MOST GORGEOUS FLOWERS TODAY AT THE ABERFOYLE HUB FLORIST WAS $25.00 DOLLARS AND WAS SUCH AMAZEING VALUE AND THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND NICE PEOPLE WILL USE AGAIN AND I RECCOMEND YOU GIVE THEM A TRY

Just a quick update to let you know that I am not happy with the arrangement of large white roses my husband purchased for my birthday on Tuesday. The Saturday before the arrangement was due to be picked up, your staff member called me and asked me if I wanted the roses boxed. This was my birthday present & it was meant to be a surprise! I told staff to box them and then on Tuesday when my husband picked them up to surprise me, they were NOT boxed! They smelled like moth balls on the day and the day after. I called you twice on the Wednesday & you did not answer the phone. I have proof of the phone calls in my I Phone call history. They have not bloomed and the now smell like dead flowers, very disappointing! As you do not act on your fresh flower guarantee, you leave me with no option other than to advise everyone by word of mouth that your flowers are poor quality and your staff are unable to be discreet with their orders. As a local we purchase flowers at your shop on a regular basis, but these were even more special and as they were quite expensive one expects to receive fresh flowers and not ones that smell like moth balls and die within 3 days when they are kept in cold conditions. Not happy, will not be back & will spread the word.

delivery is very fast and the flowers are the cheapest down south and the most beautiful

The prices are reasonable, and service is fair. Sometimes they can seem a bit funny and unapreciative but otherwise the service is good. All the flowers always look fresh and the store is clean.
