    My father had organised them to put in an Air Conditioner, however I had never heard of this brand. I rang them to ask a little more about this brand, I was hit with a hostile abrupt person who should not be in the customer service industry. I was concerned after reading the last review so I did tred lightly. They told me they personally had never installed these units before so they could not tell me anything about them. I was concerned because they were not a reputable brand and parts may have been difficult to get in the future. Maybe that brand was OK, however they could not reassure me of this and I would not want such a rude person installing any air conditioner into my fathers house.

    I found them quite rude, I called them up and it was all good at first. Eventually we came to pricing, and had a slight confusion on the price of a unit, they acted in a rude manner, and hung the phone up on me while I was still talking.

    I did not do anything to deserve this, I am a business owner myself and would never do this to a client... Ever.
