ACS is owned and managed by Felicity Gray who has had extensive experience working with children and families and also has a corporate background within withing various industries.

The agency assists Childcare Professionals, Nannies, Mothercraft Nurses and Babysitters to gain permanent and casual employment. ACS hopes to provide its Carers with positive work experiences through regular assignments and or permanent employment. 

Felicity personally interviews each ACS Registered Carer and completes a thorough reference check procedure, including the �¢â?¬�?Working with Children Check�¢â?¬â?¢ clearance which includes a Police Records Check and carrying out telephone reference checks with previous employers.

The candidates that ACS send to you come through a multitude of avenues. Some are career Nannies or Mothercraft Nurses, others may be the Mothers of children themselves, many are qualified and others have vast experience with young children. Some candidates will fit all of these groups. All carers have satisfied ACS' requirements as to being a competent childcarer with the ability to think on their feet and manage every day as well as out-of-the ordinary childcare situations.
