All reviews and comments are screened by our team of moderators who work around the clock. We publish, reject, edit and remove reviews and comments at our discretion.

We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

We reject reviews and comments if they:

    Wouldn't use ever again. Contracted Cleaners are rude. Quoted a "Spring Clean", all correspondence with AD referred to "Spring Clean". Cleaner arrived on the day to tell me that I never said anything about a spring clean and all I asked for was a vacuum, dust and mop. Left a list (as mentioned in the phone call with them). Was quoted 4hrs $205, which for 2 people is $50/hr! Came home to find that the bathrooms had been cleaned, 2 windows wiped, 2 mirrored doors wiped and the blinds cleaned. For a tidy 2 Bedroom unit, I honestly cannot see how that could possibly take 4 hours combined work! Too exhausted/frustrated to call and complain because I would probably scream and on a Friday afternoon, my day was bad enough. Ended up doing it myself. Overall - If you want something done better than an 'ok' standard, do it yourself!!!

    Absolute domestics dont return phone calls, especially when you ring to get a quote..very poor..

    Had them for my move in, the person I got was really good and accommodating, cleaned really well, got them as a regular, they were an hour late, they were supposed to be a team of 2 but 1 turned up and they didn't do all the work I needed, I could have done the job myself in less time. The staff didn't stay for the full 2 hours and was picky with what staff wanted to do I.e dusting the lights and moving or lifting items to wipe underneath them. My house is small (2 small bedroom house with a average living room, small bathroom and kitchen). The thing that annoyed me the most is that for 50% of the time staff was on the phone and was cutting it fine with time because was on the phone.

    Excellent! We have used Absolute Domestics for regular cleans and bond cleans for about 10 years. We have tried other cleaners but always return to Absolute Domestics. The cleaners are friendly and well-trained, and the telephone staff are always friendly and helpful.

    It was refreshing to receive an affordable quote in a timely matter from these guys for my bond clean after dealing with so many nightmare cleaning companies (is it so hard to provide a quote?!)
    The cleaners have been in touch (lovely couple) and even advised me when they needed to adjust the time to an hour later. They are due Thursday 5th at 11am-will report back on how it goes!

      Absolute Domestics were good to deal with, but the contracted cleaners 'Koala Cleaning' were disasterous! I was quoted $235 for 1.5hrs (2 cleaners) PLUS an extra cost of carpet cleaning. So when they took 1 hour 45 for everything, they tried to charge me $275. The apartment was not finished, there was clearly thick dust on things, the laundry was wet, microwave not done, etc. And the products they used were so STRONG, after finishing the clean myself for a following half hour I felt sick. Very disappointed.

    I am so thankful Absolute Domestics for supplying me with a professional cleaner who makes my home sparkle each fortnight. Shirley is a hard working cleaner that cares for my home like it is her own. She does such a great job and I could never live without her.

    I absolutely love my cleaner, I couldn't be with out her. We are a young couple that work long hours and she looks after us like we were her own kids. She does all of our cleaning, ironing and tidying. Nothing ever seems to be a problem for her, and she loves our dog which is a bonus! she is 100% trustworthy and is just an absolute treasure. The company is also fantastic. They have the same attitude, nothing is a problem! they always check up to make sure I'm happy and I couldn't be happier! I'm glad I took the plunge and got my self a cleaner and chose this agency.

    Fantastic Cleaning Service. I was busy trying to juggle work, family & keeping the house tidy when I rang Absolute Domestics. Our cleaner was so efficient - everything sparkles when she leaves. It's a great feeling coming home to a clean house. I would recommend this service to anyone who is struggling with the daily juggle.
