Today this vet refused to treat an injured stray rabbit on the grounds THEY DON'T DO RABBITS. Didn't look at it and didn't care. ( I left the rabbit in the car as I didn't want to move it too much and went into the vets to see if they could help). A customer said I should take it to RSPCA Rouse Hill as she believed there was a vet there. The receptionist said Oh yeah take it there they have a vet there. NO, THEY DON'T! I know this because I drove all the way there with the injured rabbit. Luckily the assistant at the RSPCA saw the condition of the rabbit and took it advising me she would call the animal hospital to come and pick it up. I don't know why the receptionist at this vet clinic couldn't have done the same.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Caring wonderful staff who go above and beyond to ensure your pet is cared for. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. We have taken our 2 dogs here for many years and our dogs love them. One of our dogs needed intensive care, and the staff members were professional, caring, and ensured our dog was given all the attention it needed. Happy to say he made a full recovery and we are very very grateful. Highly Recommended for all pet owners.
