    This guy is amazing, if trust is important to you, darryl is your man, if its important to you that you feel like your being heard, darryl is the guy, if you want someone who will get you a loan that is right for your situation and not treat you like a number, you guessed it, DARRYL. He went above and beyond to help us,his service is impeccable,he keeps you in the loop every step of the way. we where very green when we started, but he was very patient and explained everything over and over until we understood. we cant recommended Access loans highly enough. SERIOUSLY dont bother with the rest, he is by far the best.

    We are first home buyers and were referred to by work colleagues to Darryl at Access Loans. Probably the best suggestion we've had thus far in our search for a home. We have spoken to another broker before who spent 30mins with us and told us that we wouldn't be in a position to buy yet, giving us absolutely no scope on how the process worked or what we would need to do. Darryl was in depth and explained everything 100% to us and knew when we didn't understand something he went over it until we did. His after hours availability worked well for my partner not being able to get off work any earlier and he worked around us. Within less than a week we had our pre approval completed and approved, thanks to the hard prompt work of Darryl, Lijana & Lisa. Fantstic communication and service by all, I would highly recommend Access Loans to anyone who may not understand the processes involved in buying, or even those who feel they aren't getting the best service they want.

    This is our second home loan with Daryl and the team at Access Loans. My wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking finance. Daryl has the knack of working with the banks to get the best deal for his customers and we ended up getting a mortgage package that we had been offered no where else.     Access Loans have always been ready to answer any queries we have had and are always willing to listen to the most basic of questions. We have known Darryl for some years and have always found him to be honest and reliable. His team are there to take all the work out of it and will take you through step by step in the process of investing. Excellent as a first investor as it takes the worry out of it but also fantastic for on going support.

    I have always found Access Loans great to work with. Darryl Simms in particular has always been very professional and dedicated to keeping me up to date with what is going on in the market. When choosing a finance broker to work with, you need one that is up to date and always looking to structure a loan to best meet your own personal circumstances. Darryl does this!
    Darryl doesnt just stop at organising your loan though. Unlike other brokers, he is committed to assisting his clients grow their wealth over time through property investment. As a business man myself I have recommended Darryl to several of my own clients. Thats how much I value his service and trust that he will look after them.
    His newsletters are always insightful as well and his client follow up is second to none.

    We felt that Darryl listened to us, understood our circumstances, and then gave us a good idea of what loans were out there that may have suited us. We were given plenty of information to take home before making our decision, including a forecast of possible interest rate rises and how they would affect our payments - invaluable and honest advice. He was upfront about his fees and worked quickly and efficiently.
    With Darryls assistance, we were able to choose a home loan that has proven to be flexible, accessible and highly suitable for us. Darryl and his team were of great assistance during the application process, and have been available ever since.
