    the big difference i noticed with accounting affaires compared to other accountants id dealt with was the way they put things in my language and related what they were doing / explaining back to me, and how it related to me and my business.

    I have used them for a few years now and havent had a problem with refund delays or price. Chartered Accountants generally cost more than just tax agents but you get what you pay for, Danielle is great for tax advice but cost a little more per hour. If refurns are simple then someone else in her office may be better and cheaper but i think good advice easy to undestand. I think $250 avg per hour is fairly standard for qual accountants?

    Cost=More than their service, Service= Instead of having a tax return estimate on the spot, you get your tax details "scribbled" on paper and get given the third degree about points that are irrelevant by people that i'm sure are 2 weeks out of university! Then get told that your tax claim will be lodged within the week? Then you have to wait an extra two weeks for ato to approve. Save yourself the disappointment and try elsewhere.

      Tax returns do have to be processed by the ATO and this takes minimum of 2 weeks. If you are looking for a tax refund on the spot, and have no regard for due care and diligence in our interview questioning then perhaps a service that advertises as such is more appropriate than Accounting Affaires

    I first met Danielle at Accounting Affaires Clayfield about three years ago when I needed some assistance with my tax and business affairs. She took the time to do the little extras that I so needed at the time. It's refreshing to deal with a professional who knows what to do, tells it like it is and has a way of explaining complicated things in a simple way so it makes sense. Her down to earth, easy going approach and broad minded intelligence are refreshing and very much appreciated.

    Accounting Affaires is one of the best accounting practices I have been to. They have a friendly and polite team of accountants. They personally tailor taxation and financial solutions to individuals and businesses. Their conduct is nothing but professional and provide a high quality service. The turnaround time is fast for your convenience. They have a one on one personal approach where you actually talk the accountant handling your affairs. Best of all they offer very competitive rates.

    If you have not lodged your tax return yet, I suggest that you check this firm out. Or if you have, keep this firm in mind for next year.
