    Very rude, didn't discuss anything just started dragging my belongings across my wooden floor leaving scratches. They claimed I was moving more than I originally stated and that they wrote it down, but they failed to write down my number as I had to call them to see if they were even coming as they didn't turn up. When they did it was a van and 4 hours late. They told me not to argue with them as they have been doing this for "32 years" they clearly did not want to move my dining table complaining I didn't tell them heavy it was! After moving half my stuff into the new house I discovered dents and scratches all over my whitegoods and upon confronting them about it they tried to blame my ring which was ridiculous and we finished the job (they still charging me) so I had half a moved house at 6pm on a Friday night. Do yourself a favor and avoid this catastrophe!

    I booked in with another company to them. They did a good job of moving, but tried to charge me more than I had agreed to with the company I originally booked with. Also they charged me an extra $50- for "depot to depot" to travel from Grovedale, however their website says they are located in South Geelong.

    After booking a removal with Ace removals and agreeing on a price, staff came to our house evaluated our furnature and what was to be moved. I called them back to find out they wanted more money, as they felt we had too much furnature to fit in their truck, I instructed them to book the 42 cubic metre truck and I will store the overflow furnature. of which they agreed. Less than a week before the removal date, I rang to confirm everything was OK, to find they have decided they didn't really want the job, so they didn't book it in, and did't even bother to give us a phone call, leaving us high and dry, I recommend you look for another company

    Warning - completely unprofessional. Came to our house, walked around looking at our belongings and became extremely rude. Resulted in us requesting him to leave our property and us stuck at 5pm o a friday night with a full dismantled house. Thankfully we ended up with the lovely team from Spring Creek Removals in North Geelong. Not Gay/Lesbian friendly
