The guys at Ace Mobile Mechanics have been servicing my car for a few years now have been punctual, reliable and saved me money and time. Its been great to be able to trust a mechanic to do a good job and let me know what is and isnt needed in a pleasant, comprehensive and factual manner. Now I just leave them to it and even head down the street to a caf or attend to errands and get a call when hes finished. Ive had a few different regular mechanics from ACE, depending on when I wanted the car serviced and each one has been good. They gave me a good recommendation to a local tyre place a few months ago and they treated me with respect and were very helpful. Great job guys. -

Worst service ever.
We had issues with our dashboard; our speedo and none of our gages were working.
Ace sent staff A to come and check it out on Saturday morning staff A fiddled with some wires, told us it was the computer, took the computer to have it tested, brought it back on Wednesday and said it wasnt the computer, fiddled a bit more, didnt fix the problem, charged us $600 and wrecked our indicator!
We called back so that someone could come and fix the indicator and they sent staff B on the following Saturday staff B was nice but refused to fix it as staff B said staff A shouldnt have touched the indicator. We called again on Monday and staff A said they weren't going to fix it as they didnt wreck it. When we told them that they did wreck it they said well are you going to pay me to come and fix it? uuumm, is our car even going to start if you touch it again??!!
We have been trying to get in touch with the management for 2 days and they were meant to call yesterday (but didnt). We called again today and they are supposedly going to call back after lunch. Its 2.47pm and nothing.
I will NEVER EVER use them again they are useless and charge you through the roof prices for being useless. -

Ive been using ACE Mobile for years now and have been really happy. Services are done at a time and place that suits me and my regular mechanic Mick tells me upfront what needs to be done, when and what the total cost will be so I can decide when Id like things done. Mick has been great so ask for Mick if you can. -

This was the first time I've used a mobile service and am very pleasantly surprised. I called up in the morning and was able to get a mechanic out the same day and get my car fixed on the spot. It was so easy. The guy turned up on time, quickly worked out what needed to be done, got my approval, had the parts for my car in his van, and promptly fixed it. They even accepted EFTPOS. I'll be using them for my servicing from now. Great service guys. -

Called the mechanic who did my neighbors car a few weeks ago he checked car and quoted over a thousand $$ he told me what he intended on doing so I agreed after all it is my car, so while he was working I rang a couple of workshops and the dealer and he was by far the cheapest he did the work showed me all old parts and explained every aspect of what he was doing and changing and I am very happy with him he was clean & tidy drove me to the bank and one last thing he did not have loud music whilst working on my property he is an excellent company representative have refered relatives to use Mick for any work and he will be my regular mechanic from now on

So angry. Having been told that a major service is $135 and then having to pay $500 because of 'parts' I will not be using these people again. Not only was the excess charge insane, the mechanic was rude and not helpful at all. What a waste of money. -

What a disgrace! The mechanic sent out, greeted my girlfriend with the comment' 'we are on strike!' (girlfriend) 'Why?' (mechanic) Cos we havent been given a coffee yet. They hadnt introduce themself or even said hello. Workmanship was a joke and not of a professional standard. After 5 phone calls management finally contacted me in regards to complaint (workman ship and attitude). Thty couldnt handle the complaint! 3 more calls and another level of management called to hear my complaint. Bugger me its the same person that worked on my car! Ive used this company several times and this is my first bad experience. The measure of good business is how they deal with complaints and customer service. This company fails on both counts!
