One of the extremely BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES I even experience in my life.
Last Monday's a public holiday (Queens B'day).We booked in to celebrate my niece 12th B'day. But ended up we ( including all our young guests) are so nervous throughout the 2 hours party session.
The staff who's incharge - expecting us to eat first before we paly, but all the children refund to eat and wanted to play before eat. And immediately they not happy with our decision and show us their "sour" face and start replying us in a very "rude" and unplesant tone. When my sister told them we have more children, this make the situation even worst...it seems like the bullets start shooting on us... SUFFERING and we really don't know what we have done wrong for upsetting them..
We are in the situation when my sister make the booking, staff never mentioned the party only allow 16 children and no rules or regulations list for us ( as client) as reference. And now when we come for the session, and the staff expect us to know all this..... what a bad management, and this is so unfair since we paid the money and have to experience this bad attitude ..
Half way through the game, some children lost their golf ball into the lake/pond and coming back to ask for a new golf ball. The children were DON"T COME BACK FOR ANY BALL, children should look after the only ball they have. Since the centre had losing most of the ball..... Excuse me, are we purposely drop the ball into the pond and loss it somewhere ?
All of us mentioned, this will be our last visit to this mini golf.
