    Motivation is overrated, consistency is key! Karen's consistent encouragement, support, knowledge and technique has been instrumental to our sticking with the program. Great trainer, highly recommended!

    I started training with Karen two years ago (?). Karen has helped me achieve my goals of losing body fat, building lean muscle and increasing fitness. Having a personal trainer is a great way to keep motivated as they constantly encourage and push you to do better. Karen has also shown me the importance of a nutritious balanced diet to help build a strong and healthy body and mind. Fitness is now an important and enjoyable part of my life, rather than a chore.
