    I had an amazing experience with Active Recruitment. I attended their new offices located in Phillip Street and the greeting was warm and friendly, I was offered tea and coffee upon arrival and then sat with me explaining in detail the paperwork in which I needed to complete. The consultant really took the time in finding out what roles I wanted and about my skills and experience, they gave me great ideas on how to improve my resume as well. 1 day after I met with them the consultant called and booked me in for an interview with one of their clients, I attended that interview... It was the perfect role and I was so excited... The next day I had a call from Active to advise that I have the role and I commenced the very next day. I want to thank the team at Active Recruitment for getting me back into work and really spending the time with me to boost my confidence. Its the best agency experience I have ever had.

    Unprofessional manner in dealing with contract staff. Procedures and policies not clear. Poor communication and sub-standard pay rates. My organisation was charged more than 60% than what Active Recruitment paid its staff which had a turnover rate of 1 month. Not recommended as an employer or agency.
