Reviews of Adams Towing
Wow !! I agree with womensbiz, I had a similar experience with this Business. The staff/management are unhelpful and rude. I certainly wouldn't recommend them when there are other smaller business tow truck drivers out there offering the same services but with much better people skills.
Unfortunately on Christmas Day my son had a car accident. I called Adams Towing who arrived within 15 minutes. Considering it was Christmas Day this was amazing. Noone was injured but it was still an emotional time. Brett the towtruck driver was fantastic. He was professional, calm and quietly spoken. He clearly explained where he was towing the car and as it was Christmas not to worry and we will fix it up in a few days. I advised Brett that I would like the stereo and the private number plates off the car. A couple of days later we went to Adams Towing on Manns Rd. The workshop is very clean, and the reception/office is lovely. All staff were well groomed, friendly and professional. Brett came out to see us and handed my son back his number plates and stereo. The front number plate was bent when Brett took it off so he straightened it out. Only something small but this was big to us. The small things count. Brett, a humble man is a major asset to Adams Towing. I highly recommend Adams Towing for any towing or smash repair needs.
The most unprofessional service - starting from the receptionist and extending to the manager/owner. A lack of respect for others, particularly when trying to arrange collection times.
Be wary of a demand for payment prior to collecting your vehicle. On checking with my insurer this is not a requirement and you have an option to pay your insurer direct or at least inspect your vehicle before handing over money to the repairer.
Consumers, you deserve better service than this repairer can provide.
