    Left my camera in the back seat on the way to airport. Rang up company from airport to report loss. Was told cabbie just logged off and could not be contacted. Over a week later they still haven't been able to talk with the cabbie. They can't tell me if the camera was passed in. Do not appear to have any reliable system for dealing with what must be an everyday event. Not very happy.

    BE AWARE !!!! I booked a five seater taxi, the night before, to take us to the airport with 1 hour allowed before check in closed. Dispatch rang at the time the taxi was meant to arrive to pick us up, saying that they could not get a five seater to us but will supply 2 normal taxis instead for the price of one. This was fine with me, and the first taxi arrived within 3 mins of phone call, but the second arrived 25 mins late after the phone call, and with a travel time of half an hour, made us arrive after the check in for the flight closed.

    It cost us $120 to reschedule our flights (plus the original $38 dollar fare) putting us $158 out of pocket. I rang the company to complain, and did not receive and help/compensation, saying that i should have booked the taxi earlier to overcome THEIR problem!!!!

    Next time i'll be using long term parking at the airport. NOT IMPRESSED!!

    The best taxi drivers, i feel safe using them, they are the best taxis in SA and the cleanest. they will ask you if you want to go a special way or not.
