I gave this business a call to organise a repair for my washing machine. They were very helpful on the phone giving me a rough quote to fix and organised a time for the following day to attend. The service techs arrived on time which i was very happy with and fixed my machine within 15 minutes. I will definantly be recommending to all my friends and family. Great job! -

I recently had cause to deal with this company to have an item repaired. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. One staff member was extremely rude and appeared to believe they were doing me a favour by fixing my item, instead of a paying customer. The staff member lied when asked why the part was taking so long to arrive and blamed the manufacturer, this was identified after I contacted the manufacturer direct to find out what was going on as I was left waiting for my item to be repaired for over a month. Not once did they ring to apologise and keep me informed as to why the repair was taking so long. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
