My wife and I purchased a couple of cars from you on the weekend being a Captiva and a Suzuki.
I was dreading the whole process based on previous experiences and on 6 car yards we visited on the weekend unfortunately the experiences were not getting any better, apart from yourself. Although I could well have found suitable car options from most of the dealers we visited I chose to come back to you based on my initial experience.
I was very comfortable with your approach, assistance and very confident with you knowledge of cars. I had complete faith that you were providing me with the right selection of cars to suit my needs and if we did not find them immediately that you would do the work to find more options.
I work in the sales and service industry and its not often we get good feedback from customers hence my reason for this email.

It has been our pleasure to conduct business with your dealership over the last two weeks, culminating in the purchase and pickup of a Hyundai ix35 yesterday. Having driven the vehicle for less than twenty four hours, it is difficult at this stage to assess all the wonderful features we fell in love with. But if the smiles on our faces as we drove around Adelaide yesterday are any indication, we are in for a long and satisfactory future together.
Before we reached that stage, however, we had to be guided through the benefits and reasons why we should choose, firstly a new car and secondly, this particular model. And how fortunate we were when Andrea Gehan was our guide.
As you would be well aware, there are many disparaging remarks about car sales staff and this is unfair, as we have found staff in other service industries who fail to understand their customer. But in Andrea, we found a gem! Her knowledge of the product was commendable and the confidence she instilled in us to decide on the Hyundai rather than the Toyota Rav4 was a decision which felt guided but not steamrolled. We were able to witness Andreas completely professional, yet warm and welcoming approach on three separate occasions and, not only did she respond to our every question, but had that all important finger on the pulse of the dealership.
We were impressed with the referral reward cards included in the pack should we wish to promote your dealership and can assure you they will not be difficult to pass on, especially when Andreas name will accompany each referral.

Service & delivery was great. Promised a full tank of diesel but was just under 1/2 full. Not impressed. Service team were helpful at St Marys as had a problem with anti-locking brake on front passenger side. Guys at service centre Morphett Vale excelled when they did a second check on my wheel problem.
