    To whom it may concern: Kaleb Haldane. We are writing to formally recognise the exceptional service provided by Kaleb Haldane of Adtrans Kia, 1178-1184 Main South Road, Clovelly Park SA 5042. The task of buying a new motor vehicle is daunting to most people and involves a considerable expense. To those who are unfamiliar with the process it is very easy to feel as if one is being preyed upon by unscrupulous salesman. Kaleb Haldane is the exception to what one typically expects of a car salesman. Kaleb is professional, personable, honest and upfront in his dealings with customers. Kaleb has gone the extra mile to assist our family in successfully purchasing motor vehicles on two occassions and we will definitely visit him again in the future. Its not only the professional mechanics who look after the servicing but the service manager (Alex??) was extremely customer service focused.
