There are three doctors at this medical centre who work alternate days during the week. I have seen all three before on different visits. I must say the two doctors are much more friendly and professional than the other doctor. They'd actually listen and ask relevant questions regarding the symptoms before diagnosing your sickness and providing effective solution by either prescribing medicine or advising on what to do.



Of the few times that I unfortunately had to see the other doctor, they acted as though being a doctor means there is no need to listen to the symptoms before making assumptions about the my health, constantly talking over me and even using my words (non-medical-terminology) to criticise against me. Bails out of any questions I asked by responding with a "it's caused by virus" without further explanations. Is always very rushed and gives me a strong impression that I am just a waste of time.



Towards a patient who is feeling ill and suffering from pain and who'd have basic to little knowledge in the medical field, the attitude was quite rude and cold as though they have never experienced any sickness. I have seen the other doctor three times in total and God forbid, I hope to never get sick again on the days that doctor is working.

  I dont recommend anyone to them. On their business card it says their opening hours are until 8pm weekdays, on this website it says until 7pm and when you call, they tell you its until 5pm. I have work on weekdays and can never get an appointment. The receptionist is very unhelpful. I told her I would be going to see another doctor and she was gladly say OK in an enthusiastic way. When you book, you would wait for approx 2hours before you can get in. Once you get in, the doctor does not consult you properly or assess you properly. I am asking for all my medical history and seeking elsewhere for a better service. I would let everyone I know that this place is not helpful in anyway!
