    Advance Removals were so helpful and patient. I would recommend them to everyone. I needed boxes all different sizes and shapes moved from South Australia to Queensland at a very stressful time for me and the Team at Advance Removals helped me through the process. They go the extra mile when you need it! I cant recommend and praise them high enough!!

    We needed a pianola, which is a family heirloom, urgently moved over the holiday period as a family member had to leave the state unexpectedly. I Googled "Piano Removalists" and found quite a few removalist companies who claim to specialize in Piano removals, and selected Advance Removals, as they said they could do it within the time frame.

    Due to the short notice and being the Christmas period, they could only supply two guys and we were to organise a third person to help them on the day, which was no worries. We were very happy with their professionalism over the phone and their price on the quote so we went ahead. Unfortunately they had a tight schedule and sent what seemed to be a contractor to do the pick up from our family members home.

    The first time they arrived to do the job, we had a group of people ready to assist with the move, but they said they didn't know it was a pianola they were there to pick up, and didn't have the right equipment on them, they had a trolley with pneumatic tyres that were flat. They said they would be back in the next couple of days, and when they returned they gave no notice so we didn't have time to arrange a third set of helping hands for them.

    Due to all of this unprofessional behavior shown by Advance Removal's hands on team my family member felt it was not safe to let them move the pianola (which involved a flight of stairs) and we had to contact someone else to do the job (in even shorter notice as she was now moving out of the home in 2 days time). When we expressed our concerns to Advance Removals, they said it was not their problem we did not use their company to do the job and the 24% deposit was not refundable.

    I would not recommend Advance Removals, especially to move delicates, like pianos.
