    Karl helped us with a number of jobs in our terrace home in Newtown including re-hanging some internal doors, constructing under patio storage doors, upgrading our kitchen cupboards and drawers (including building a new fridge housing and pantry) and laying engineered flooring in two rooms. We were impressed with Karl's depth of experience, patience, professionalism and general quality of work. Karl has earned this recommendation!

    Great service and skills. The quality of work matched the expectations and the end result was better than expected! Was especially impressed by Karl communication skill. I was always aware of what was going on with the job and he made some priceless suggestions on solving some tricky problems.

    We were very impressed with Karl's work. Karl tore down and rebuilt the balcony leading from our bedroom. We are delighted with the work that he did and we plan to have him back to do more work this year. We have found our capenter !!!! Yeah. Karl is very professional, is aware of safety (important when you have children), is on time and keeps you up to date with where the job is at. Karl is first rate ! We recommend him highly. The job was totally completed with no unfinished business.

    We chose Karl based on the reviews here and were very pleased with the result. It was a big job involving cupboards under the stairs and two built-in bookcases which look sensational. Nothing was too much of a hassle and he was very willing to work with our ideas and had fantastic suggestions of his own. Karl went the extra yard to make sure the job was done correctly. When a tradesman comes into your home & treats it with the same respect he has for his own, you know you are going to get some good advice & caring professional work. A friendly, nice guy as well, we would highly recommend him to anyone out there in need of a carpenter. I only wish I could give 6 stars as 5 doesn't seem enough!

    We hired Karl to replace our old staircase and do some repairing work to our existing cupboard underneath. His outstanding carpentry skills was what really impressed us the most. It was a joy to hire someone who's manner was professional, trustworthy, highly skilled and informed on a range of building/carpentry work. We feel so lucky to now know a great carpenter -that we really should recommend his services to everyone and anyone who needs carpentry work done!

    We hired Karl to replace and repair some windows in our Terrace. He kept us informed every step of the way. He called when he said he would call, turned up when he said he would turn up, and provided a quote when he said he would. The work itself was fantastic and was completed quickly and efficiently.     I was very impressed with Karl's work involving the repair and replacement of Victorian timberwork in my terrace and the building of storage cabinets and book cases in keeping with the style of the property. I am unable to fault his work, Karl turned up on time and completed the job within the timeframe and budget promised. Karl is a quality craftsman and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. I'm looking forward to seeing him again soon for my attic renovation!

    Karl is a fantastic carpenter who I have already recommended to friends. We need repairs to the stairs in our Victorian terrace which all other companies which quoted wanted to remove and replace which would have required us to move out of the house for a number of days. Instead Karl was able to repair the stairs and organise the work so that at the end of each day the stairs could be used. Karl has done a beautiful job with an amazing attention to detail. He is a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed throughout the work. We are so pleased with our stairs and how smoothly the work went that have already asked Advanced Craft Carpentry to do some more work at our house.
