The staff were very friendly, the young lady who did my procedure was very informative. Not sure how completely effective the treatment was because my one takes about 4 weeks to see the complete difference, just hoping it was worth the money.thanks

I've now been to Advanced Dermatology three times and each time has been a great experience. They've run on time each time and picked up the phone when I've called!

I purchased a Gentle Waves voucher through Groupon, when I booked online I did have to wait about 1.5 months to get in. Once your there they can book you in the next week straight away again! It's just how their system works.

I also like the fact they don't try and sell you their products, it's a nice change from other pushy salons!

    Spread the love.

Amazing. So friendly. And when a cancellation due to illness of the person doing my treatment jeopardised the effectiveness of my treatment, I was offered additional treatments to ensure I still got the best result possible. Definitely satisfied and very impressed.

So I have used the last 2 vouchers for the laser lipo, had the treatments within the same week so one would think should get some sort of result. They promise of losing up to 6 inches of unwanted fat. I have given it some time and to date see absolutely no difference. While having the treatment discussed a few things with the staff doing procedure and if this treatment was all that it promised, why would they be recommending another treatment to treat the same area to do the same thing. Absolute waste of my time and money, I would not recommend that anyone bother with this treatment and be very skeptical about anything else that they recommend.

I've had the same problems I can never get through the lines are always busy. There's way too many promotions going on simultaneously. I had to wait over 5 months to get a treatment booked in ,only then to tell me that the therapist was sick,( I believe the truth is that they overbook and double book appointments). I have had enough I asked them for a refund, have not heard from them yet. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for a reply. I'm now going to go to Fair Trading and see what they can do.

I have never actually sat down to write a review but I am so angry that I figured I should take the time to warn others about this place.

About 4 months ago now I purchases a Scoopon offering $189 for 60 minute facelift. Sounded great! I followed the directions and booked my appointment online for about 3 months wait (long time, but can be expected from these deals so I wasn't concerned).

My facelift was to happen Tuesday after a long weekend. On Saturday morning I was told that the doctor was sick and that someone would call me Tuesday to reschedule. I asked if I'd have to wait another 3 months and the staff told me was just calling to cancel appointments --ok...

Tuesday goes by with no call. No call Wednesday. Thursday I leave a message. Friday, message. This goes on and on for 3 weeks. Since I was promised a call back I've actually left 13 messages (all polite!) and sent 7 emails. No response to anything. I emailed Scoopon to complain, to which they said they would notify the company and they had to respond in 3 days time. I did get a response, it said "Due to the recent success with our online promotions we apologise for the delay in getting back to you, but assure you that someone will contact you shortly" -- that was over a month ago.

So, not only do you wait 3 months before you can get an appointment, but you are unable to be contacted 'because we're so busy' and yet they keep pushing out these online group deals!

I am going to do everything in my power to get the word out on these guys. I can't believe they think they can run a business like this, by skimping on the customer service.

Excellent! Thank You so much for your kindness and gentle, red carpet treatment. I will return for my 60 Minute Face-lift treatment soon. I recommend this place!

I have been having Botox and Juvederm with the doctors there for the past 5 years. Dr Sarah is the most experienced + friendliest injector I have every met and I feel more relaxed and confident each time I go. I also had some leg veins treated and the results were amazing. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Ok I have to change my mind about the contact issue, I have been ringing the 1300 number (only one available) as need to change appointmtne. You can only leave a message which i have done so 4 times with no reply as to whether they have noted the cancellation or not. The number they ring from is a landline but this rings out or is engaged. Thinking of ringing Westfield to see if they can get a message to them. It is a very poor system.

Purchased laser lipo "$2676" value for $299...have done some checking and the price very inflated with the money paid pretty close to the real price. Deewhyres, after your comment I rang and left several messages with response in about 2 working days and appointment made for this week, so certainly can't complain about the service there.

Not convinced the treatment will live up to the hype, still have a couple of more, so time will tell. That being said the machine was an old model, no real consult about the expectations, outcomes or the actual procedure itself. The girl using it was a ring in from a clinic across the concourse and really didn't want to say anything about it, I pushed and to be honest I think I shouldn't expect anything significant to happen. It was not entirely pain free, bearable. Signs of results supposedly take some weeks so will update with the results.

So overall, happy with the initial contact but so-so with the procedure...

Same for me, purchased the $299 deal, had all sorts of trouble getting appointments, finally somebody rang me back and today - after 6 weeks I attended for the first of my 2 sessions. Not what I was expecting, no "freeze zap" business, just plain old laser lipo. I said "no that's not what I bought' and I then asked the price of these treatments only to be told $149 - so I bought 2 for $299 - where is my 86% savings? Where is the balance of $2,600 I supposedly was going to get??? So I now trying t decide what to - can't get hold of Dealboard - no numbers and so far emails are unanswerred. Advanced Dermatology claim "we do not do the advertsing" dah - who does then?? Who is going to refund my $299 or give me $2,600 worth of value? Now that I have seen this forum and see the number of similar problems with Advanced Dermatology - and their so called deals - I am definately going to take this to Fair Trading and the TV stations.

bought an offer for $650 worth of laser for $99 via a group buying power website (deal board).

Great offer so what went wrong :

    1) Took over 2 weeks to get through to Advanced Dermatology, they don't return calls or reply to emails. Its a matter of continually phoning until you get through to them.

    2) After finally getting through to Advanced Dermatology they offer an appointment 3 months in advance, so a long wait.

    3) One day prior to the appointment Advanced Dermatology phone to say that their laser machine needs repairing so can offer another appointment at a later date or a full refund.

    4) Take the full refund, and then informed that the refund takes 7 days to process (on a credit card- it should be instantaneous) complain and ask them to expediate the refund.

    5) More than 7 days later, still to receive refund... taking this matter up with my bank and reporting them and Deal Board to NSW Fair Trading.

    BUYER BEWARE.
